i'm assuming ya'll knew that....i was really suprised though, in reading the decision...that the phrase "in a nutshell" was used by the judges in writing the decision....i didn't know that was proper legalese.

Well I studied with mom so I didn't get the weird version... well not the real weird.
But my parents told me lots of dub urban legends that they heard while they were studying. Like the car flying off a cliff only to land gently on the only tree on the cliff all because the lady called out Jehovah's name while crashing.
